Odón Campus is a student residence opposite European University, in Villaviciosa de Odón, designed to
offer comfort, peace of mind and a carefully considered environment for a community of just 15 residents.
The residence features an outdoor garden and chill-out area, a multifunctional room with kitchen, laundry
facilities, vending machines and bicycle and e-scooter parking with electric charging. A range of spaces
and services designed for studying, socialising and unwinding in complete comfort throughout the
academic year.
All common areas and rooms have high-speed Starlink internet, heating and air conditioning powered by
aerothermal technology. The residence also has 24-hour perimeter and access-area video surveillance,
ensuring a safe environment without compromising residents’ privacy.

The laundry room provides a practical and accessible space for taking care of your clothes. An easy-to-use
self-service laundry, managed through a dedicated app that lets you check machine availability and notifies
you when your cycle is complete.
Weekly room cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels, together with daily cleaning of the
residence’s common areas, is a service provided by Odón Campus.
